Delivery & Packaging
Delivery is worked out based on your delivery address. If you sign up to the Newsletter, you will receive a one-time code for free delivery on your order.
Once you have placed your order, you will be kept up to date with the dispatch and delivery of the item, including the carrier information.
Paintings will be suitably packaged to protect the item. A4 and A3 prints will be delivered in protective ‘Don Not Bend’ cardboard backed envelopes. Prints of larger size will be sent out rolled in a tube. A rolled print will can be easily flattened out or put within a frame.
Returns & Replacements
I endeavour to display images of prints and paintings on this website that are accurate and, where mock ups are shown, they are labelled as such. Please be aware that due to the calibration of computer screens, some of the colours in digital images may vary slightly from the actual product.
If you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase, please contact me to discuss the issue within 30 days of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
To complete your return, please contact me directly for the return address. I require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your order must have been made directly though mandyearle.com – refunds will not be considered if the purchase was made via a third party. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting me first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that your return has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is received into your bank account.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please get in contact.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
I will usually only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Due to the nature of original canvas paintings being one off artworks, an exact replacement can not be provided. However you will be offered something of a similar nature.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item has arrived damaged because of the courier or issues with the packaging. Photographic proof of damage will be required.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
